Job Description

Summary of Position: The Warehouse Team Member handles activities related to receipt, shipment, movement, manufacturing, and control of raw materials, products, recyclables, and waste. Operates equipment/machinery as needed.

Essential Job Functions

• Perform activities related to receipt, shipment, movement, manufacturing, or control of materials.
• Operate equipment/machinery as necessary; prioritize work based on customer needs within a team environment.
• Prepare and maintain records and documents.
• Document raw materials inventories and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Integrate Quality Systems in all activities.
• Maintain inventory record accuracy to support manufacturing.
• Handle storeroom functions and inventory control.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic PC skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Knowledge of data collection devices and understanding of transactional data in MRP systems.

Additional Desirable Qualifications

• Math skills and ability to interpret specifications and use measuring tools.
• Ability to pass training/licensing for regulatory programs if required.
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools and equipment.
• Ability to document receipt, transfer, and shipment processes.

Physical Demands
