Job summary

Border States is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support warehouse operations in Maple Grove, MN. The role involves receiving freight, checking for damages, and distributing materials to stock locations while filling orders for delivery to customers.

You will coordinate with carriers and other departments to resolve discrepancies and maintain organized inventory. Qualified candidates typically have 2 years of warehouse experience, forklift operation knowledge, and basic Windows/SAP familiarity.

Qualifications

• 2 years of work experience preferred.
• Forklift operation and knowledge of electrical products/systems is preferred.
• If driving, must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Receives incoming freight and checks material for damages or shortages.
• Distributes material to the proper stock locations.
• Fills special orders and/or backorders as material is received.
• Coordinates deliveries with internal departments or carriers as needed.
• Maintains inventory locations and keeps shelves neat and orderly.
• Fills orders for delivery to customers.
