Job summary

ATLETICA is seeking fulfillment associates for our Corona, CA center. You will pick items with an RF scanner, pack to brand standards, and print shipping labels for UPS, FedEx, USPS, and LTL. Perform quality checks and maintain a clean, safe workspace while supporting kitting and replenishment tasks.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for a full shift with lifting and bending.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Pick items using RF scanner and WMS; verify SKU and quantities against order
• Pack orders to ATLETICA brand standards – correct item, condition, count, and packaging every time
• Print and apply shipping labels; route orders for UPS, FedEx, USPS, and LTL carrier pickup
• Perform quality checks at the pack station – flag discrepancies before they ship
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe; adhere to all SOPs and safety procedures
• Support kitting, light assembly, replenishment, and cycle counts as assigned

What You'll Bring

• Ability to work on your feet for a full shift; frequent lifting, bending, and reaching
• Comfort in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment (accuracy rate and units/hour)
• Basic math, computer literacy, and RF scanner comfort
