Job summary

ATLETICA is seeking fulfillment associates for our Corona, CA center. You will pick items with an RF scanner, pack to brand standards, and print shipping labels for UPS, FedEx, USPS, and LTL. Perform quality checks and maintain a clean, safe workspace while supporting kitting and replenishment tasks.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for a full shift with lifting and bending.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Basic math and computer literacy, RF scanner comfort.
• Reliable attendance and team reliance.
• Experience operating rider pallet jacks.

Responsibilities

• Pick items using RF scanner and WMS; verify SKU and quantities against order.
• Pack orders to brand standards – correct item, condition, count, and packaging.
• Print and apply shipping labels; route orders for UPS, FedEx, USPS, and LTL carrier pickup.
• Perform quality checks at the pack station – flag discrepancies before shipment.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe; follow SOPs and safety procedures.
• Support kitting, light assembly, replenishment, and cycle counts as assigned.
