Fetch is the first off-site package management solution for apartment buildings, coordinating direct-to-door deliveries to residents. Our team is dedicated to taking care of people—employees and clients alike—and we pride ourselves on a hardworking culture.

This role offers competitive hourly pay and weekly pay. You will handle parcel dispatch, lifting duties, and routes across multiple properties, while using mobile apps and scanning devices.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience is a plus.
• Proficient with smartphone apps and scanning devices.
• At least two years of experience operating a motor vehicle.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• A smartphone with a paid plan to use delivery apps.
• Clear and concise verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail to ensure packages are delivered accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

• Regularly lift and move parcels during dispatch, load up and delivery.
• Lift parcels up to 150lbs using equipment or team lift.
• Delivery routes up to 60% of the schedule across multiple apartment communities.
• Pickup inbound freight from carrier facilities using material handling equipment.
• Move loads of parcels to and from delivery cargo vans and throughout communities on deliveries.
• Operate hand-activated pallet jacks and convertible push trucks.

$17.50 - $17.50 an hour

What You'll Do:

• Regularly lift and move parcels during dispatch, load up and delivery
• Lift parcels that weigh up to 150lbs via material equipment or team lift
• Delivery routes up to 60% of your weekly work schedule across multiple apartment communities;
• Pick up inbound freight from carrier facilities using material handling equipment
• The ability to crouch, kneel, and stand regularly throughout shifts
• Move loads of parcels to and from delivery cargo vans and throughout communities on deliveries
• The ability to lift and travel upstairs for delivery when necessary
• Close, distance, and peripheral vision, along with depth perception, required for safe driving
• Operate hand-activated pallet jacks and convertible push trucks

What You'll Need:
