Job summary

Fetch Package, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate / Driver Hybrid to support our off-site package management for apartment communities. You’ll help maintain a safe warehouse, process packages, plan driver routes, and assist delivery drivers across local communities.

The role requires lifting up to 150 lbs, driving duties, and comfort with varying weather while using scanning devices and mobile apps. Competitive pay and benefits await.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience is a plus.
• Proficient with smartphone apps and scanning devices.
• At least two years of driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Smartphone with data plan for delivery apps.
• Clear and concise verbal communication.
• Attention to detail to ensure timely, accurate deliveries.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch and process packages in a warehouse environment.
• Assist with driver route planning and inventory audits.
• Load and unload parcels, up to 150 lbs with equipment or team lift.
• Deliver routes up to 60% of weekly schedule across multiple communities.
• Operate material handling equipment and pallet jacks.
• Maintain clean, safe workspaces and report issues.

As a Warehouse Associate / Driver Hybrid, you will report to our warehouse helping maintain a safe work environment, process packages, pick driver routes, perform inventory audits, clean workspaces, and assist delivery drivers complete and schedule delivery drops at local communities.

What You’ll Do:

• Regularly lift and move parcels during dispatch, load up and delivery
• Lift parcels that weigh up to 150lbs via material equipment or team lift
• Delivery routes up to 60% of your weekly work schedule across multiple apartment communities;
• Pick up inbound freight from carrier facilities using material handling equipment
• The ability to crouch, kneel, and stand regularly throughout shifts
• Move loads of parcels to and from delivery cargo vans and throughout communities on deliveries
• The ability to lift and travel upstairs for delivery when necessary
• Close, distance, and peripheral vision, along with depth perception, required for safe driving
• Operate hand-activated pallet jacks and convertible push trucks

What You’ll Need:

• Prior warehouse experience is a plus
• Proficient using smartphone applications and scanning devices
• At least two years of experience operating a motor vehicle
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• A smartphone with a paid plan to use delivery apps
• Clear and concise verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail to ensure packages are delivered accurately and on time
• Comfortable working in indoor and outdoor environments in various weather conditions
