Job summary

Fetch is seeking a warehouse associate in Richland Hills, TX to support package delivery for apartment communities. You will load, unload, and transport parcels, and navigate multi-building routes.

This role requires physical stamina, ability to lift up to 150 lbs, drive safely, and communicate clearly with residents and teammates. We offer medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse or delivery environment preferred.
• Able to operate handheld devices and scanning apps.
• At least two years of motor vehicle operation experience with a valid license.
• Clear, concise verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Regularly lift and move parcels during dispatch and delivery.
• Lift parcels up to 150 lbs with equipment or team lift.
• Deliver to multiple apartment communities across routes.
• Handle inbound freight using material handling equipment.
• Navigate stairs and drive routes safely when required.
• Move loads to and from delivery vans and within communities.

Join the first off-site package management solution for apartment buildings. At Fetch, we communicate directly with apartment residents to coordinate direct-to-door package delivery, ensuring a stress-free and convenient experience.

$17.50 - $17.50 an hour

What You'll Do:

• Regularly lift and move parcels during dispatch, load up and delivery
• Lift parcels that weigh up to 150lbs via material equipment or team lift
• Delivery routes up to 60% of your weekly work schedule across multiple apartment communities;
• Pick up inbound freight from carrier facilities using material handling equipment
• The ability to crouch, kneel, and stand regularly throughout shifts
• Move loads of parcels to and from delivery cargo vans and throughout communities on deliveries
• The ability to lift and travel upstairs for delivery when necessary
• Close, distance, and peripheral vision, along with depth perception, required for safe driving
• Operate hand-activated pallet jacks and convertible push trucks

What You'll Need:

• Prior warehouse experience is a plus
• Proficient using smartphone applications and scanning devices
• At least two years of experience operating a motor vehicle
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• A smartphone with a paid plan to use delivery apps
• Clear and concise verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail to ensure packages are delivered accurately and on time
• Comfortable working in indoor and outdoor environments in various weather conditions
