Job summary

Fetch is seeking a delivery driver to support off-site package management for apartment buildings. You will handle parcel movement, coordination, and on-time delivery across multiple communities. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and customer-focused service.

Expect to lift heavy items, operate pallet jacks and delivery apps, with smartphone access and a clean driving record. Fetch pays weekly and offers medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience is a plus.
• Proficient using smartphone applications and scanning devices.
• At least two years of experience operating a motor vehicle.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• A smartphone with a paid plan to use delivery apps.
• Clear and concise verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail to ensure packages are delivered accurately and on time.
• Comfortable working in indoor and outdoor environments in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Regularly lift and move parcels during dispatch, load up and delivery.
• Lift parcels that weigh up to 150lbs via material equipment or team lift.
• Delivery routes up to 60% of your weekly work schedule across multiple apartment communities.
• Pick up inbound freight from carrier facilities using material handling equipment.
• The ability to crouch, kneel, and stand regularly throughout shifts.
• Move loads of parcels to and from delivery cargo vans and throughout communities on deliveries.
• The ability to lift and travel upstairs for delivery when necessary.
• Close, distance, and peripheral vision, along with depth perception, required for safe driving.
• Operate hand-activated pallet jacks and convertible push trucks.
