Job summary

Fetch is hiring a delivery warehouse associate in Salt Lake City to support off-site package delivery for apartment buildings. You will lift and move parcels, operate pallet jacks, and drive to multiple communities on a weekly schedule, with routes that may require stairs and variable weather.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and customer service as you coordinate direct-to-door deliveries. A valid driver’s license and clean record are required, along with basic smartphone use.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience is a plus.
• Proficient using smartphone applications and scanning devices.
• At least two years of experience operating a motor vehicle.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• A smartphone with a paid plan to use delivery apps.
• Clear and concise verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail to ensure packages are delivered accurately and on time.
• Comfortable working in indoor and outdoor environments in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Regularly lift and move parcels during dispatch, load up and delivery.
• Lift parcels up to 150lbs via equipment or team lift.
• Delivery routes up to 60% of weekly schedule across multiple apartment communities.
• Pick up inbound freight from carrier facilities using material handling equipment.
• Crouch, kneel, and stand regularly during shifts.
• Move loads to and from delivery cargo vans and throughout communities.
• Lift and travel upstairs for delivery when necessary.
• Close, distance, and peripheral vision, along with depth perception, required for safe driving.
• Operate hand-activated pallet jacks and convertible push trucks.

What You'll Do:
