Job summary

Castle Megastore in Phoenix is hiring Warehouse Associates and Drivers to keep products moving. You will receive, inspect, and organize shipments, pick and pack orders, and deliver to stores while maintaining safety and accuracy.

This is a full-time role with competitive pay and ongoing training. You’ll work with a supportive team in a fast-paced environment, lifting up to 50 lbs and driving box trucks between warehouse and stores.

Qualifications

• Box truck driving experience required.
• Current, valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming merchandise with accuracy.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to stores.
• Safely operate a box truck to deliver merchandise on schedule.
• Load and unload trucks and verify deliveries against paperwork.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report issues.
• Stock shelves and maintain a clean, organized warehouse.

What You’ll Do

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming merchandise with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to our retail stores.
• Safely operate a box truck to deliver merchandise from the warehouse to our retail stores on schedule.
• Load and unload trucks, securing cargo properly and verifying deliveries against paperwork.
• Complete pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Stock shelves and maintain a clean, organized warehouse.
• Assist with inventory counts, product transfers, and cycle counts.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment and follow all safety procedures.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily productivity and shipping goals.
• Help maintain an efficient warehouse that supports stores across the company.
