Job summary

Aptura Group in Indiana is seeking a Warehouse Associate to verify and record shipments, prepare items for shipment, and perform packing and loading tasks. You will operate a forklift, use inventory software, and help maintain accurate counts and documentation to support timely deliveries.

Responsibilities include selecting, staging, and delivering materials, assisting customers with pickup/drop-off, and keeping the workspace safe and organized. Prior experience with box trucks is a plus.

Qualifications

JobSummary

— The Warehouse Associate verifies and keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment within scheduled timelines. Picks and packs. Drives as needed.

• Receiving and Off-loading materials.
• Verifying counts to purchase orders.
• Sorting stock materials from job materials.
• Checking shipments for damage, noting appropriate paperwork.
• Ensure all material is placed in its appropriate areas.
• Staging of material for installation, shipment, or customer pick up.
• Assist internal and external customers with pickup and loading.
• Utilizing company specific software, to maintain accurate inventory.
• Utilize hand tools, mechanical equipment, and motorized equipment in safe and effective manner.
• Make deliveries as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Assist with special projects and deliveries as assigned.

• Prior Experience driving a box truck in a shipping/receiving/delivery environment is a plus
