Job summary

RXO, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Austin, TX to support shipping, receiving, and inventory processes across our warehouse network. You will unload trucks, verify orders, and distribute items to teams while maintaining safety and accuracy.

This role requires basic communication, computer skills, and ability to work varied shifts. The ideal candidate has dock or warehouse experience and familiarity with handheld scanners, enabling efficient loading, unloading and inventory counts.

Qualifications

• Basic communication and computer skills required.
• Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, nights and weekends.
• Dock or warehouse experience in the transportation industry.
• Experience loading and unloading trailers and using handheld scanners.
• Strong attention to safety procedures and working in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including unloading trucks, checking in merchandise, matching PO/SO and distributing orders to sales associates for processing.
• Read orders to determine items to be moved, gathered, distributed and shipped.
• Ensure warehouse is accessible and safe for employees and customers.
• Assemble products and participate in inventory counts.
• Take calls from drivers and verify load data for on-time deliveries.
• Monitor daily pick-ups and deliveries to ensure loads arrive on time and in good condition.
