Job summary

Kenco Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Austin, TX to pick/pack orders, print labels, and inspect products for shipments, using the appropriate equipment to prepare orders for shipping. This role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and efficiency in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Pass Background and Drug Screen.
• Able to complete physical tasks (stooping, walking, lifting up to 50lbs).

Responsibilities

• Pick orders for shipment, ensuring correct products are loaded.
• Measure, weigh, and count products and materials.
• May operate a forklift or order picker for picking orders.
• Pack orders for shipments by parcel, LTL, and TL carriers.
• Record product, packaging, and order information on specified forms and records.
• Affix shipping and tracking labels to boxes and pallets; follow DOT, IATA, IMDG regulations.
