Job summary

Kenco Logistics in Austin, TX is hiring a Warehouse Associate to pick and pack orders, print labels, inspect products, and prepare shipments in a fast-paced environment.

You will measure, weigh, and count items, label shipments, and maintain accurate records while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. This role requires basic computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of warehouse/distribution experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Pass Background and Drug Screen.
• Able to complete physical tasks (stooping, walking, lifting up to 50lbs).

Responsibilities

• Pick orders for shipment, ensuring correct items and quantities.
• Measure, weigh, and count products and materials.
• Operate forklift or order picker as required.
• Pack orders for shipment by parcel, LTL, and TL carriers.
• Label shipping boxes and pallets; record order information.
• Report missing items or variances to supervisor.
• Maintain clean, organized work area; support SQFI and FDA readiness.
