Job summary

Rexel USA in Nashville, TN is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Driver I to efficiently fill customer orders, stock, and ship materials. The role includes driving duties up to 50% of time with a van/box truck (No CDL required).

Emphasis on safety, accuracy, and maintaining the branch warehouse environment. Responsibilities include receiving materials, stocking, preparing branch orders, and ensuring proper documentation for shipments.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Prior warehouse experience a plus.
• Certification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must pass a pre-employment and annual review of the Motor Vehicle Record.
• Must obtain verification of non-expired medical certificate as required by law within 30 days of hire.
• Must not have had a suspended driver's license for a traffic accident/violation within the past 3 years.
• Must not have any at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• High School or GED - Preferred

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment safely (forklift, reach truck, etc.).
• Receive, stock, pick, and pack orders efficiently and accurately.
• Assist in loading/unloading deliveries and inventory checks.
• Deliver products to customers or other company locations as needed (non-CDL).
• Ensure all shipments are documented with proper paperwork and labeling.
• Maintain branch warehouse cleanliness and organization.
• Report safety concerns and follow SOPs and DOT/local driving rules.
• Assist in training entry level drivers and other warehouse staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
