Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro in Minnesota is seeking a Warehouse Support Associate to help coordinate storage, shipping, and inventory control, ensuring accurate records and timely order fulfillment across our fleet, logistics, and warehouse operations. You will monitor temperature-sensitive materials, update shipment docs, handle exceptions, and prepare outbound packaging.

A high school diploma is required; supply chain certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Less than 2 years of relevant warehouse/shipping/inventory experience.
• Knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory control, temp-sensitive handling, and shipment documentation.
• Ability to follow procedures, maintain accurate records, and support timely order fulfillment.
• Skills in handling exceptions, managing multiple tasks, and working with temperature-sensitive materials.

Responsibilities

• Monitors temperature-sensitive materials during storage and shipment to preserve required conditions.
• Updates warehouse transactions, inventory records, and shipment documentation for traceability.
• Identifies and routes damaged or non-conforming materials per handling procedures.
• Coordinates material movement using warehouse equipment to support safe, efficient flow.
• Prepares packaging and shipment areas for outbound activities.
• Escalates handling or inventory issues for timely resolution.

Maintains accurate operational records, manages transaction accuracy, and adheres to workflow procedures across transportation, storage, and shipment activities. Handles routine and moderate requirements within established guidelines, addresses operational exceptions, and contributes to process improvements to enhance visibility and efficiency.
