Job summary

W.W. Grainger, Inc. is seeking a Distribution Center Associate in the Easton, PA area to perform warehouse duties including inbound/outbound tasks, packing, labeling, and order fulfillment.

The role reports to a DC Supervisor or Process Manager and requires adherence to safety standards and efficient operation. The position offers hourly pay starting at $24/hour with potential raises to $24.60/hour, plus add-on pay for PIE operator duties.

Qualifications

• Able to frequently lift, slide and lower packages up to 75 pounds.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• For PIE operators: operate warehouse vehicles and powered industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Safely complete inbound and outbound warehouse tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure correct products are prepared for shipping to meet customer expectations.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environment per OSHA guidelines.
• Operate scanning equipment and assist with inventory control as needed.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by leadership.
