Job summary

W.W. Grainger, Inc. in Bordentown, NJ is hiring Warehouse Associates for day and night shifts. Starting pay is $21.15 per hour, with raises to $22.35 within 12 months, plus $1/hour for PIE and overnight shift.

As a team member, you will safely perform inbound/outbound tasks, ensure correct packing and shipment, and maintain a clean, safe work area in line with OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; must be 18+.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently, up to 75 lbs occasionally.
• Comfortable standing and working around moving equipment in a warehouse.
• Team-oriented and able to receive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Safely complete inbound and outbound warehouse tasks such as unloading, sorting, labeling, and packing.
• Ensure products are packed and shipped correctly to meet quality and delivery speed.
• Meet safety, quality, productivity, behavior, attendance, and overtime requirements.
• Operate computerized scanning equipment and maintain a clean, safe, organized workplace per OSHA and Hazardous Material rules.
• Perform other tasks as directed by leadership.
