Job summary

W.W. Grainger, Inc. is hiring for a Warehouse Associate on the Day shift. The role involves supporting inventory integrity, order processing, picking, packing, staging, and shipping in a fast-paced DC environment.

Starting pay is $22/hour with three raises in 12 months bringing pay to $23.20/hour. Benefits begin on day one, including medical/dental/vision/Life insurance, PTO, 401(k) contributions, and more. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and pass pre-employment checks is required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work as part of a team and follow safety protocols.
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail in picking, packing and shipping tasks.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen, background check and lifting assessment.

Responsibilities

• Perform inbound/outbound warehouse tasks including unloading, picking, packing and staging.
• Ensure accurate order processing and timely shipping to meet customer expectations.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment in compliance with OSHA and safety requirements.
