Job summary

Grainger is seeking a Distribution Center Associate to support inventory integrity and order processing in a fast-paced environment. The role involves picking, packing, staging, and shipping, with a focus on accuracy and safety on site in Fargo, ND.

You will report to a DC Supervisor or Process Manager and collaborate with other DC Associates to maintain efficient operations. The position is part-time with daytime shifts, and pays hourly with shift and PIE bonuses where applicable.

Qualifications

• Age 18+ required.
• Experience in fast-paced warehouse environment preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen, background check and physical lifting assessment.
• Ability to work on feet around moving equipment and dust.

Responsibilities

• Safely complete inbound and outbound warehouse tasks with attention to detail (unloading, sorting, labeling, replenishing, auditing, picking, packing).
• Ensure correct shipping to meet quality and delivery speed expectations.
• Meet safety, productivity, attendance, and overtime requirements as needed.
• Operate scanning equipment and maintain a clean, safe work environment per OSHA standards.
• Perform other tasks as directed by leadership.
