Job summary

Grainger is seeking a Distribution Center Associate to support inventory integrity and order processing at our onsite Fargo, ND distribution center. You will perform inbound/outbound warehouse tasks, pick/pack orders, and maintain a clean, safe work environment under a DC Supervisor or Process Manager. Shifts run Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

We value attention to detail, teamwork, and safety. Eligible candidates must be 18+, able to lift up to 75 pounds, and pass pre-employment

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to frequently lift, slide and lower packages up to 75 pounds.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen, background check and lifting assessment.
• Comfortable standing and moving in a warehouse environment.
• Experience in warehouse, retail, or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely complete inbound and outbound warehouse tasks with attention to detail (unloading, sorting, labeling, replenishing, auditing, picking, packing).
• Ensure correct product shipment to meet quality and delivery speed expectations.
• Meet safety, quality, productivity, attendance, and overtime requirements.
• Operate computerized scanning equipment and maintain a clean, safe work environment per OSHA and hazardous materials rules.
• Perform other tasks as directed by leadership.
