W.W. Grainger, Inc. is hiring a Distribution Center Associate in Honolulu, HI. The role covers inbound/outbound warehouse tasks, order processing, and maintaining inventory integrity. You will report to a DC Supervisor or Process Manager and work with fellow DC Associates in a fast-paced setting.

The position offers a competitive hourly wage starting at $22/hour with three raises over 12 months to $23.20/hour, plus a robust benefits package and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Able to stand for long periods in a warehouse environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening and background check.
• For PIE operators: operate warehouse vehicles and material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Safely complete inbound/outbound warehouse tasks with attention to detail (unloading, sorting, labeling, replenishing, auditing, picking, packing).
• Ensure products are shipped correctly to meet quality and delivery speed.
• Meet safety, quality, productivity, attendance, and overtime requirements.
• Operate scanning equipment and maintain a clean, safe work environment per OSHA guidelines.
• Perform other tasks as directed by leadership.
