Job summary

Grainger is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Anchorage, Alaska, with multiple shifts. The role involves inbound/outbound warehouse tasks, order processing, and maintaining safety and efficiency on the floor.

Compensation starts at $23.10/hour with up to three raises in 12 months to $24.30/hour, plus $1/hour PIE premium and $1/hour overnight shift premium. Benefits begin day one, with PTO, holidays and 401(k) matching included.

Qualifications

• Experience performing inbound/outbound warehouse tasks with attention to detail.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Comfort working around moving equipment, noise, dust and varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Safely complete inbound and outbound warehouse tasks including unloading, sorting, labeling, replenishing, auditing and packing.
• Ensure products are shipped correctly to meet customer expectations for quality and delivery speed.
• Meet safety, quality, productivity, attendance and overtime requirements as needed.
• Operate computerized scanning equipment and maintain a clean, safe work environment per OSHA and hazardous material guidelines.
• Perform other tasks as directed by leadership.
