Summary

RNDC is seeking talented and energetic Warehouse Associates for our Day Shift. You will play a crucial role in ensuring timely delivery of products and accurate order fulfillment. We provide training and support to help you succeed. Your efforts will help ensure our customers enjoy many more happy hours! Responsibilities include receiving inbound goods, put-away, replenishment, inventory control, and housekeeping.

Responsibilities

1. Safely unload trailers, verify loads, and stage products for put-away.
2. Pick and pack orders using various methods, including label picking, ring scanners, voice-directed picking, or paper tickets.
3. Meet productivity and accuracy standards as per Labor Management metrics.
4. Operate material handling equipment (MHE) such as forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and attachments safely.
5. Use Warehouse Management System (WMS) scan guns to maintain inventory and location accuracy.
6. Assist with physical inventories and cycle counts.
7. Coordinate during shift hand-offs and interact with delivery personnel and receiving crew.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED, preferably with one year of warehouse experience or equivalent. Certification to operate MHE is required. Must regularly lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds.
