Job Summary

Our Warehouse Associates serve our customers by hand-building pallets and loading products onto trailers according to established standards.

• Starting pay rate: $21.50/hour.
• Productivity + Incentives: $23/hour (average).
• 4-day work week.
• Day shift: Sunday - Friday, start times at 5 A.M. or 6 A.M.
• Always off on Saturdays.

Qualifications

Must have a flexible schedule (Sundays required), warehouse or order-picking experience, experience with electric pallet jacks, ability to lift heavy weights, and a high school diploma or GED. Forklift and pallet jack certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read pick sheets and travel to warehouse locations using a pallet jack.
• Pick products, label, build pallets, and load trucks following standards.
• Handle products safely, inspecting for damages and minimizing cross-contamination.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the warehouse.
• Communicate issues to management.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and report issues.
• Complete paperwork and track time using wearable computers.
• Maintain regular attendance and work overtime as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical and Work Environment Demands

Must regularly stand, walk, handle, reach, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 90 pounds. Visual and sensory abilities required include close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception. Work involves exposure to extreme temperatures, moving mechanical parts, high places, fumes, and loud noise, with accommodations available for disabilities.
