Job summary

Evernorth Health Services, a division of The Cigna Group, is hiring a Warehouse Associate Representative in Tempe, AZ to receive products, stock inventory, and maintain accuracy.

You will verify receipts against purchase orders, enter data via PDA, and participate in physical inventories while ensuring safety and organization. The role offers health coverage from day one, PTO, 401(k) match, and tuition reimbursement within a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• 1+ years relevant work experience preferred.

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate heavy work volumes.
• Ability to walk/stand for full shift.
• Ability to read and differentiate small print.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and process items safely according to receipt priority and condition in comparison to purchase orders.
• Operate material handling equipment and hand tools such as forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, dollies, box cutters, wire cutters, etc. Safely to unload trucks and stock the warehouse/pharmacy.
• Transfer materials from receiving area to warehouse or dispensing locations and ensures proper stock rotation utilizing PDAs to update the inventory system.
• Verify receipts accurately against items listed on enclosed packing list(s).
• Enter all required data components into the system via the scanner (PDA) for each receipt.
• Audit shelf counts for accuracy, reviews inventory for short-dated and expired products.
• Bin and shelf inventory maintenance and stock rotation—including shelf counts, short shelf life and expired product audits.
• Participate in actual physical inventories as needed.
• Assist with picking and quality checks with our Outbound Team when needed.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of assigned workstations and areas.
• Other duties as assigned.

Warehouse Associate Representative

is responsible for performing tasks related to receiving product, stocking and replenishment, and inventory control. This includes, comparing the purchase order to the product received for accuracy, counting quantities of product received and ensuring the quality of the product is at an acceptable level, and removing damaged or non-conforming product using data entry and retrieval devices to record receipt transaction.
