Dal-Tile is seeking an exceptional Warehouse Associate to join our team! The role involves material handling duties such as receiving, loading/unloading, pulling/assembling customer orders, and inventory checks. Daily use of forklift and/or crane equipment is required.

Primary Objective

Perform various material handling duties associated with the warehouse.

Primary Functions and Scope

• Pulling/assembling customer orders, checking outbound orders for accuracy, inventory checks, restocking, labeling, maintaining displays, moving and replenishing materials, and conducting cycle counts.
• Receiving inbound shipments, processing returns, and reporting damaged shipments for freight claims.
• Operate crane and forklift equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized facility.
• Assist customers and prepare sales slips if needed.
• Follow safety protocols and report unsafe conditions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience and Knowledge Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent; Certified Forklift Operator.
• Crane forklift experience preferred.
• At least 1 year of warehouse experience preferred.

Competencies

Basic math, organization, customer service, English fluency, attention to detail, safety awareness.
