The Warehouse Associate III – Inventory is responsible for performing all tasks safely. In this role, you will troubleshoot, research, and correct inventory issues across the warehouse. You will play a critical role in maintaining and improving inventory accuracy by identifying root causes, providing recommendations, and assisting in implementation.
Follow all safety, company, and 6S standards in the distribution center to ensure a clean and safe working environment, safeguarding all employees.
Operate warehouse equipment, dock safety, and order convenience equipment safely and efficiently to minimize accidents.
Identify inventory discrepancies, correct them, and recommend improvements to management.
Perform bin audits to address potential inventory issues, such as missing products or mis-shipment.
Process all materials delivered to the inventory issue area (hospital).
Correct deviations in item master data in SAP, such as inaccurate inventory, dimensions, or missing barcode info.
Execute scrap ticket requests and maintain the virtual intercompany return process.
Perform miscellaneous activities as directed by your manager to support warehouse operations.
Deep knowledge of primary roles in a distribution environment (Pick, Pack, Put away, Replenishment).
Four (4) years of experience in a high-volume warehouse environment.
Two (2) years of experience in an inventory control position.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent math and analytical skills, including decimals.
Willingness to embrace Hubbell Values and Behaviors.
Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results and participating in projects.
Knowledge of handling, safety, and warehouse standards.
Ability to handle routine problems within a defined area using basic problem-solving skills.
Physical requirements may occasionally exceed specified levels.
