Job summary

Wiha Tools USA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support shipping, receiving and assembly across multiple areas. The role requires willingness to cross train in other warehouse functions to meet daily business needs and maintain efficient operations.

You will pick, pack, label, and stage orders, verify quantities and lot numbers, inspect inbound materials, and maintain accurate inventory records while operating pallet jacks and forklifts safely in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous distribution center or warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift operation experience preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse functions.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, label, and stage outbound shipments.
• Verify product quantities, lot numbers, and packaging prior to shipment.
• Inspect inbound materials for damage, shortages, or discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and cycle counts.
• Perform regular cycle counts and assist with audits.
• Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, OSHA‑compliant warehouse.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse functions to support coverage.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
