Job summary

Wurth Industry US in Richfield, WI is seeking a Warehouse Associate to perform receiving, stocking, order filling, packaging and shipping duties. You will operate forklift and other warehouse equipment, verify incoming freight, and maintain accurate inventory.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 1–2 years material handling experience, forklift certification, and the ability to lift up to 80 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1-2 years material handling/warehouse experience.
• Must be able to operate a forklift and pass certification.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Software and/or Integrated Logistics Solutions is a plus.
• Able to read and interpret training materials, tickets, and procedures quickly.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload and visually verify incoming freight.
• Verify quantity and place into stock, identify overstock.
• Accurately pick, pack, label and prepare orders for shipping.
• Verify shipping orders match slips and use appropriate shipping lines.
• Communicate and resolve problems related to damages or inventory issues.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain warehouse equipment and cleanliness.
• All other duties as assigned.
