Steadfast Employment is seeking dependable Warehouse Associates in Houma, LA to support daily warehouse and inventory operations. Responsibilities include receiving shipments, organizing stock, pulling orders, and safely operating equipment.

Ideal candidates have prior warehouse experience, can lift 50+ pounds, and work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and good attendance. This role offers Full-Time / Temp-to-Hire with competitive pay based on experience.

Formación

• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable transportation and reliable attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
• Pull, stage, and prepare orders for pickup or delivery.
• Organize and maintain warehouse inventory.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory management.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.
