Job summary

TBC Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Benicia, CA to support Distribution Center operations. You will assist with accurate fulfillment, receiving replenishment, and maintaining a safe, organized warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include operating MHE, using RF scanners, unloading and putting away products, and supporting cycle counts to ensure efficient operations and DC profitability. Starting pay is $20–$22 per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification preferred.
• Experience with RF scanners preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Experience in a distribution center environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate MHE in a safe and efficient manner.
• Develop knowledge of products carried.
• Unload and put-away products using RF technology.
• Inspect inbound for overages and shortages.
• Pick and stage products for shipping.
• Load trucks and maintain warehouse organization.
• Assist operations to meet business goals and DC profitability.
• Participate in cycle counts or physical inventory.
• Maintain a clean work area and sanitation of the DC.
• Complete MHE reports as required by policy.
