Job summary

United States Cold Storage Inc is hiring a Warehouse Associate for on-site work in Hebron, IN. You will unload/load trailers, verify product handling, and maintain inventory in a cold-chain facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Must be able to bend and lift up to 50 lbs regularly and 70 lbs occasionally with assistance.
• Work in temperatures from +50°F to -30°F with moderate noise.
• Stand and walk for extended periods; operate warehouse equipment as required.

Responsibilities

• Unload/load trailers and verify stacking; ensure product is not mixed on pallets.
• Ensure product is accounted for, free of infestation, and within temperature range before storage.
• Identify and report damaged product; assist in physical inventories as needed.
• Pull and prepare product for shipment; ensure correct lot numbers and locations.
• Stack product to form pallets and secure with tape/stretch wrap for stability.
• Operate forklifts, clamp trucks, slip-sheets, and turret trucks safely.
• Maintain equipment and work area in a neat, clean condition; inspect equipment daily.
