Job summary

Interstate Batteries in Texas is hiring a Warehouse Team Member I to accurately process receiving, transfers, picking, packing and shipping using RF scanners, forklifts, and warehouse systems.

You will load/unload batteries, restock, perform battery rotations, maintain safety, and support general warehouse duties while learning our processes. No experience required; a high school diploma and strong attention to detail are preferred; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High school graduate; strong communication skills.
• No experience required; warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to learn systems and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process receiving, transfer, pick, pack and ship transactions.
• Load and unload batteries and restock inventory.
• Operate forklift and maintain current certification.
• Maintain a safe, clean warehouse and accurate reporting.
• Tag pallets and support general warehouse duties.
• Adapt to multitask across functions.
