Job summary

Core-Mark, a Performance Food Group Company, is seeking warehouse associates to support America’s food distribution system. You will work actively, safely, and independently to maintain product flow through our distribution process and uphold quality standards.

We offer first-come benefits such as day-one health, an ESOP, 401(k) matching, education assistance, and PTO. Positions are available on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts with pay starting at $17 per hour, varying by shift.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
• Must be able to work the scheduled/assigned times and required overtime for the position.
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
• Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves, as well as replenish product, from various heights weighing 10-35 pounds and generally up to 60-90 pounds, depending on location.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments, i.e., cooler, freezer and dry.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently pick and pack product according to established standards.
• Run scanning equipment.
• Pack orders to the customer’s requirement and/or from provided specifications.
• Meet established productivity standards and quality standards.
• Self-identifies mistakes, identifies problems and recommends solutions, provides candid and timely feedback to all levels in the organization, involves others in problem-solving when needed and see all responsibilities through to a successful completion.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Position Summary

Warehouse associates are the foundation to our company’s success. They work actively, safely, and independently to maintain the efficient flow of products through our distribution process, while ensuring quality standards.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
