Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Warehouse Picker for 3rd shift at our Marion, Ohio facility. The role involves accurate order picking, packing, and preparation for shipping, with a $18 base plus $1 shift differential per hour.

Responsibilities include inventory tracking, quality checks, equipment operation (stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks), and maintaining safety standards in a fast-paced environment. Must be 18+ and dependable.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not required.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail to prevent errors in orders.
• Good verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations.
• Dependability/punctuality.
• Stand-up experience a plus but will train.
• Basic reading and math skills.

3rd shift: Sunday-Thursday 7:30PM-4:00 AM (Overtime-5:30 PM) Including Saturdays

The Pay Range starts at $18 per hour plus $1 per hour shift differential

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Warehouse Picker is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing products for shipping or storage. This role ensures that orders are fulfilled efficiently and on time, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
