Your Role at KIK

We are seeking a Warehouse Associate with Forklift driving experience to join our 3rd Shift (Monday - Saturday) (10:00 pm - 6:30 am) team. This person will need to safely operate forklifts and handle material with precision approximately 50% of the time. Conduct janitorial and warehouse cleaning duties, provide break coverage support, and ensure compliance with Hazmat rules. This person will perform packing duties and maintain quality standards, while contributing to a safe and clean work environment. This person will adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices, Standard Operating Procedures and Safety Standards. This position has an hourly rate of $18.00, in addition to a quarterly incentive bonus. What You’ll Be Doing

• Safely maneuver product around the warehouse with a forklift (approximately 50% of your shift) and other material handling equipment
• Load and unload materials from trailers, ensuring proper handling
• Efficiently move materials in and around the department as necessary
• Give breaks to other positions as necessary
• Support GMP Janitorial duties for the department as required
• Execute loading documentation processes, adhering to Hazmat rules
• Ensure final product quality, seeking guidance when needed, and contribute to a safe and clean work environment.
• Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Standard Operating Procedures, Safety Standards, and follow all plant policies and procedures
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• 2 or more years of forklift experience is preferred
• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
• Maintain visual concentration, alertness, and intense listening ability for extended periods
• Demonstrate physical agility, including standing, sitting, lifting, bending, crouching, reaching, and climbing consistently for twelve hours
• Possess manual dexterity to grasp and manipulate various packaging components.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Adhere to Health and Safety and GMP regulations
• Lift up to 45lbs. from floor to shoulder level and work overtime, when necessary
• Work in diverse environmental conditions, including exposure to unpleasant odors, non-temperature-controlled settings with high temperatures and humidity, potential high noise levels depending on location, and constant interaction with various chemicals and chemical products
