Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 11pm to 7am, plus mandatory overtime as required

Pay: $21.01 includes 10% shift differential

$3000 retention bonus [ $500 at 90 days, $1000 at 6 months and $1500 at 1 year]

Job Summary

Primarily responsible for the preparation and transport of raw materials in support of kitting production. This includes following pick tickets, ensuring correct counts, staging pallets, building sterilization loads, stocking received components, and accurate and timely receiving of materials.

Core Responsibilities

  • Prioritize safety by following all procedures and policies, reporting issues immediately.
  • Ensure accuracy of all receiving documents and resolve discrepancies.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and objectives.
  • Verify counts against BOL and purchase orders.
  • Report any receiving issues to WTM III.
  • Convey components to staging areas, using work order pick tickets for accuracy.
  • Verify part number, lot number, and expiration date.
  • Weigh or count components for accuracy.
  • Complete pick tickets with signatures and dates.
  • Perform inventory movements and cycle counts as needed.
  • Convey confirmed cases to sterilization staging, palletize, shrink wrap, and document shipments.
  • Handle internal and external product transfers, complete transfer sheets, and update WTM III.
  • Inspect and maintain material handling equipment, perform WTM I duties as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Equipment, Tools, and Work Aids

  • Material handling equipment (hand trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers), stretch wrap machines, safety knives, safety harnesses, printers, RF scanners, computers, digital scales.
  • OSHA approved protective footwear.
