Job summary

LKQ Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the Exeter, PA area to support daily 3PL distribution operations. You will prepare orders, process inbound inventory, and move products safely throughout the facility on the Sunday–Thursday night shift.

Compensation includes $18.00 per hour with a retention bonus of $1,000 paid after 6 and 12 months of continuous, full-time employment. This role is in a non-climate-controlled distribution center with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to perform physical warehouse tasks.
• Forklift or powered truck experience preferred but not required.
• Overtime and rotating Saturday coverage as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery.
• Receive shipments and stock inventory.
• Stack, wrap, load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers; training provided as needed.
• Verify parts and quantities to support inventory accuracy.
• Communicate with peers and supervisors to keep work moving.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and perform other warehouse tasks.

Warehouse Associate – 3PL Third Shift

• Location: Exeter, PA
• Hourly Pay: $18.00/hour
• Retention Bonus: $1,000 paid in two installments after 6 and 12 months of continuous, active full-time employment
• Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, 9:30 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., with potential overtime
• Position Type: Warehouse / Third-Party Logistics (3PL)
• Work Environment: Active warehouse role in a non-climate-controlled distribution center

About the Role

As a Warehouse Associate, you will support daily 3PL distribution operations by preparing orders, processing inbound inventory, loading and unloading trucks, and moving products safely and accurately throughout the facility.

What You’ll Do

• Accurately pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery
• Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Stack, wrap, load, and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment; training provided as needed
• Verify parts and quantities to support inventory accuracy
• Communicate clearly with peers and supervisors to keep work moving efficiently
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and perform other warehouse tasks based on daily needs

What We’re Looking For

• At least 18 years of age
• Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, accuracy-driven environment
• Ability to remain active throughout the shift and perform physical warehouse work
• Forklift or other powered industrial truck experience preferred, but not required
• Availability for overtime and rotating Saturday coverage as business needs require

Work Environment

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and ladder use throughout the shift
• Ability to consistently lift products weighing up to 75 pounds
• Ability to work safely at heights up to 30 feet
• Non-climate-controlled warehouse environment with temperatures that vary by season
