Job summary

Keystone Automotive Operations is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Spokane, WA to pull, package, and stage auto parts orders for shipment. You will help inbound shipments, stock inventory, and support safe, efficient warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers a competitive hourly wage starting at 18.25 with a 2.00 shift differential, a $1,000 sign-on bonus, and opportunities for growth as part of LKQ's expanding logistics network.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and climbing ladders for extended periods.
• Willingness to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse (temperatures vary by season).
• Forklift operator experience or PIT equipment experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Product Handling: Pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery.
• Inbound Processing: Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated locations.
• Loading & Unloading: Stack, wrap, and load/unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Equipment Operation: Use pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers; training provided.

Warehouse Associate – 3PL
Location: Spokane, WA
Compensation: $18.25/hour with a $2 shift differential
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am - 4am (or whenever job is complete)

Role Summary As a Warehouse Associate at Keystone Automotive Operations (KAO), you’ll help pick, organize, and prepare auto parts orders for shipment—keeping our supply chain running strong. This active, high-energy role is perfect for someone who values accuracy, teamwork, and personal growth. Whether you’re pulling parts manually or operating warehouse equipment, you will be part of a team where your work makes a real impact and produces results. Key Responsibilities

• Product Handling: Accurately pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery
• Inbound Processing: Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Loading & Unloading: Stack, wrap, and load/unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Equipment Operation: Use pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment (training provided)
• Inventory Accuracy: Ensure correct parts and quantities are handled at every step
• Team Collaboration: Communicate clearly with peers and supervisors to ensure workflow success
• Clean & Safe Workplace: Maintain cleanliness and follow all safety protocols
• Flexibility: Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned based on daily needs

Are you comfortable working on your feet all day—standing, walking, bending, and climbing ladders? Are you able to work at heights up to 30 feet without issue? Can you pay strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, accuracy-driven environment? Can we depend on you to show up on time and have a strong work ethic? Are you willing to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse (temperatures vary by season)? Do you have forklift operator or other PIT equipment experience? (Preferred, but not required)
