Job summary

Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Exeter, PA to pick, organize, and stage auto parts orders for shipment. You will be part of a fast-paced team in a non-climate-controlled warehouse, working Mon–Thurs with noon–10:30 p.m.

shifts and a $1,000 sign-on bonus, plus $500 at 6 and 12 months of service. The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and growth with opportunities to advance within LKQ/KAO’s distribution network.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs consistently.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Forklift operator experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Product handling: pull, scan, pack, and stage orders for delivery.
• Inbound processing: receive shipments and stock inventory.
• Loading/unloading: stack, wrap, and load/unload trucks safely.
• Equipment operation: use pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers; training provided.
• Inventory accuracy: ensure correct parts and quantities at every step.
• Team collaboration: communicate clearly with peers and supervisors to ensure workflow success.
• Clean and safe workplace: follow all safety protocols.
• Flexibility: perform other warehouse tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Are you 18 years of age or older?
• Can you lift products that weigh up to 75 lbs. consistently?
• Are you comfortable working on your feet all day—standing, walking, bending, and climbing ladders?
• Are you able to work at heights up to 30 feet without issue?
• Can you pay strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, accuracy-driven environment?
• Can we depend on you to show up on time and have a strong work ethic?
• Are you willing to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse (temperatures vary by season)?
• Do you have forklift operator or other PIT equipment experience? (Preferred, but not required)
