Keystone Automotive Operations is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Irving, TX. You will pick, organize, and prepare auto parts orders for shipment, supporting a fast-paced supply chain with emphasis on accuracy and teamwork.

This role involves manual handling, potential forklift operation, and adhering to safety protocols. Competitive pay includes a $2 shift differential after 5pm and a $1,000 retention bonus program for continuous full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Stand for long periods, walk, bend, and climb as part of a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Non-climate-controlled warehouse conditions may apply.

Responsabilités

• Pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery
• Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated locations
• Stack, wrap, and load/unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers) with training provided
• Maintain inventory accuracy and clear communication with the team

Compensation: $18.00/hour ( $2.00 shift differential after 5:00pm )

Schedule: Mon – Fri, 9:30 a.m. – 6 p.m. (or until job completion).

As a Warehouse Associate at Keystone Automotive Operations (KAO), you’ll help pick, organize, and prepare auto parts orders for shipment—keeping our supply chain running strong. $1,000 Retention Bonus! Paid $500 after 6 months, another $500 at 12 months of continuous, active full-time employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Handling: Accurately pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery
• Inbound Processing: Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Loading & Unloading: Stack, wrap, and load/unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Equipment Operation: Use pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment (training provided)
• Inventory Accuracy: Ensure correct parts and quantities are handled at every step
• Team Collaboration: Communicate clearly with peers and supervisors to ensure workflow success
• Clean & Safe Workplace: Maintain cleanliness and follow all safety protocols
• Flexibility: Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned based on daily needs

• Do you have forklift operator or other PIT equipment experience?
