Job summary

Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Associate – Receiving for our Exeter, PA distribution center. You will help ensure incoming products are received, checked, and placed in correct locations within the warehouse.

The role requires attention to detail, dependability, and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 75 pounds and operating basic warehouse equipment. A forklift or powered truck experience is preferred but not required, and full-time hours are

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, accuracy-driven environment.
• Ability to remain active throughout the shift and perform physical warehouse work.
• Forklift or other powered industrial truck experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound trucks and receive shipments safely and efficiently
• Scan, inspect, and verify incoming parts and quantities for accuracy
• Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Stack, wrap, stage, and move products throughout the facility
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment; training provided as needed
• Communicate clearly with peers and supervisors to keep receiving workflows moving efficiently
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and perform other warehouse tasks based on daily needs

Hourly Pay: $18.00/hour
Retention Bonus: $1,000 paid in two installments after 6 and 12 months of continuous, active full-time employment
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Work Environment

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and ladder use throughout the shift
• Ability to consistently lift products weighing up to 75 pounds
• Ability to work safely at heights up to 30 feet
• Non-climate-controlled warehouse environment with temperatures that vary by season
