J.H. Larson Company in Plymouth, MN is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2pm-10:30pm).

You will pick, fill, and pack orders, load/unload materials, and safely operate power equipment to maintain efficient warehouse operations. Responsibilities

• Pick, fill, and pack orders on a timely basis to ensure prompt and accurate deliveries and transfers – including picking pipe and wire cutting.
• Load and unload materials and trucks.
• Safely utilize power equipment including mechanical lift or vehicles when necessary to fulfill orders and restock warehouse shelves.
• Keep warehouse clean and organized including disposal of leftover packing materials.

Work in a team environment to ensure the efficient operation of the warehouse.## Qualifications**Education*** Highschool diploma or GED**Experience and/or Training*** 1 year working in a warehouse environment as a team member, working with power equipment, and pulling orders. A solid understanding of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping processes* Math skills. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals* Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one situations and to other employees of the organization* Self-motivated and self-starter* Organized, strong time management skills.
