J.H. Larson Company, an independent distributor of Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC and Datacom products, is hiring a Warehouse Associate for the Hayward, WI location.

Earn $20.00–$20.50 per hour on a full-time, first-shift schedule (7am–4pm) with a comprehensive benefits package. The role focuses on accurate receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping, using power equipment when needed, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• 1 year warehouse experience in a team environment.
• Knowledge of receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping processes.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers, fractions and decimals.

Responsibilities

• Pick, fill, and pack orders to ensure prompt and accurate deliveries.
• Load and unload materials and trucks.
• Safely operate power equipment to fulfill orders and restock shelves.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized; dispose of packing materials properly.
• Maintain accurate inventory and conduct regular stock counts.
• Receive and process incoming stock; update inventory records.
• Communicate status or issues with other departments and branches.

Refill primary bins using proper procedures and minimizing open boxes* Receive and process incoming stock and materials* Communicate with other departments and branches regarding order status or inventory issues. Work in a team environment to ensure the efficient operation of the warehouse.## Qualifications**Education*** Highschool diploma or GED**Experience and/or Training*** 1 year working in a warehouse environment as a team member, working with power equipment, and pulling orders. A solid understanding of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping processes* Math skills. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals* Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
