Position Overview

DSG is seeking a Warehouse Associate in our La Crosse, WI location. This full-time, hourly position typically involves working between 12 pm (noon) and 9 pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional variations based on business needs. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for all aspects of warehouse operations, including order pulling, shipping & receiving, product storage, shipment preparation, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment.

A Typical Day

• Accurately pull materials to fulfill orders.
• Pack, label, and organize orders for delivery.
• Operate forklifts and riders safely.
• Use wire measuring/cutting machines and pipe machines to cut materials to specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse.
• Utilize computerized systems and RF scanners for inventory management.
• Coordinate with inventory control regarding stock levels.
• Assist with loading trucks and receiving tasks as needed.
• Inspect delivery trucks and report issues.
• Communicate with team members regarding loading and operational concerns.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience or equivalent knowledge.

• Safety training in material handling and forklift operation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs regularly and 100 lbs occasionally.
