About the Role

In this role, you will work in an energized, fast-paced environment where you will collaborate with peers to prepare and move merchandise according to established safety, production, and accuracy standards, as well as employment guidelines. You will maintain and verify documentation to facilitate the flow of merchandise through the Distribution Center, ensuring the delivery of outstanding products to our customers.

What You'll Do

Work Schedule: Wednesday - Saturday, 4:30 PM - 2:30 AM

  • Perform ticketing, stocking, picking, packing, counting, loading, unloading, housekeeping, and safety functions.
  • Ensure consistency in the quality of your work while meeting performance metrics in your assigned areas, contributing to a positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate with team members through constructive feedback to support process improvements and cost reductions.
  • Work under direct supervision, following standard operating procedures to accomplish assigned tasks.
  • Be flexible to work in multiple departments as assigned while meeting performance metrics.
Who You Are
  • Capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, reaching, grasping, bending, and stacking cartons, while standing or walking for up to 12 hours.
  • May be required to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs., depending on the work assignment.
  • Available to work a schedule that includes nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime when needed.
  • Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems.
  • Able to learn standard operating procedures through on-the-job training, including operating power industrial vehicles (PIV) if applicable.
  • Capable of independently logging into a computer and operating digital tablets or electronic wearable devices.
  • Able to complete a self-guided orientation on a computer or digital tablet.
  • Possess a basic level of written and oral proficiency in English, Spanish, or French to communicate with supervisors and understand safety signage and protocols.
  • Employees who speak Spanish or French fluently can be accommodated by providing access to translated documents, interviews, onboarding materials, and other key supports to facilitate successful integration into the team.
