Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Warehouse Operations Associate in Elgin, IL. The role involves supporting receipt, storage, and shipment of medical products, with cross-training across multiple areas and routine use of the WMS to manage inbound and outbound goods. The position requires accuracy and adherence to quality and safety standards.

• 1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred.

• PIT experience preferred.

Job description

Shift: Monday - Friday, 1:30pm-10:00pm or until the work is complete.

What Warehouse Operations contributes to Cardinal Health Warehouse Operations is responsible for performing/controlling a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product. This may include functions of receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, delivery, etc. Also responsible for the efficient flow of products from the point of product receipt from vendors to the shipment of products (via prescribed service parameters) to a variety of internal and external customers.

• Cross-train in multiple areas of the warehouse
• Picking medical supplies in our mix-cell area
• Packing medical supplies as needed
• Replenishing products as necessary
• Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) to check in and/or send out products.

Qualifications
