Job summary

Target Windsor Distribution Center is hiring Warehouse Workers for multiple shifts, including 5:00AM-3:30PM and 3:30PM-2:00AM. You will pack, load, and ship items while ensuring accurate processing and safe handling of merchandise.

Qualifications

• Lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
• Lift up to 60 lbs occasionally.
• Operate carts and hand trucks.
• Stand and walk for shifts.
• Read labels and product documentation.
• Operate powered equipment safely (Pallet Rider, Scissor Lift, Forklifts).

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Attend safety trainings to learn how to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Pack, load, and ship items to stores and guests.
• Ensure accurate processing of merchandise to our stores and guests.
• Move inventory throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area.
• Report to work on time and complete tasks as assigned.
• Engage in problem solving to support continuous improvement.
• Maintain positive and respectful attitude in a team setting.
