Job summary

Target Cedar Falls is hiring for Seasonal Warehouse Associate and Warehouse Worker roles. Shifts run in daytime and overnight blocks; positions start at $20.50 per hour with ranges up to $25.08 per hour depending on role and shift.

Qualifications

• Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing 35-50 lbs frequently.
• Able to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Able to read labels, tickets, and product documentation and use computer systems after training.

Responsibilities

• Pack, load, and ship items to stores and guests.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area.
• Report to work on time and complete tasks accurately and on time.
• Engage in problem solving to support continuous improvement.
